Meridian Realty is a Texas-based real estate firm managing residential and commercial listings across Central Texas. We're growing our internal team and looking for an HR Payroll Officer to support our staff of 40+ agents, closers, and office coordinators.
What you'll do
- Process and verify monthly payroll for all staff
- Manage new-hire onboarding, W-4s, and benefits enrollment
- Support HR compliance (state + federal reporting)
- Assist with agent commission tracking and reconciliation
What we offer
- Senior: $60k–$75k/year ($29–$36/hr) · Junior: $50k–$58k/year
